(CAKAPLAH) - Harga rumah hunian pribadi di Singapura masih menjadi yang tertinggi di kawasan Asia Pasifik selama 2 tahun berturut-turut.
Dilansir beritasatu dari Straits Times, Rabu (22/5/2024), laporan terbaru yang dirilis Urban Land Institute (ULI) menyebutkan, harga rata-rata rumah pribadi di Singapura pada 2023 mencapai US$ 1,3 juta atau sekitar Rp 20,7 miliar, menjadikannya yang termahal dari 48 kota di 11 negara yang disurvei.
Hong Kong berada di posisi kedua dengan harga rata-rata rumah sebesar US$ 1,15 juta. Sementara itu, Sydney menempati posisi tertinggi berikutnya dengan harga rata-rata US$ 1,06 juta.
Pada 2023, harga rumah pribadi di Singapura naik 7%. Laporan tersebut juga mencatat, permintaan dari warga asing turun drastis karena additional buyer's stamp duty (ABSD) dinaikkan dua kali lipat dari 30% menjadi 60%, yang menyebabkan penurunan total penjualan rumah sebesar 20%.
Sementara itu dari segi harga per meter persegi, Hong Kong adalah pasar perumahan swasta termahal di kawasan ini dengan harga rata-rata US$ 18.331 per meter persegi.
